I don't care if your having a boy or girl each pregnancy is different. When your pregnant you hear a lot of "well you know THEY SAY...." I say just like children who are already born, children in the womb are also different and have their own personalities.
With my first, I didn't feel anything other then my body getting bigger. I didn't have any other symptoms, no pain, no breast pain, no cramping, no morning sickness NOTHING!!!! Again, my first pregnancy I was under a lot of stress and more than likely depressed through some of it. So maybe I didn't feel those things because my body was already in survival mode.
THIS time around, I feel like the universe is making sure that since this is my last pregnancy I'm going to have to slow down and really pay attention to my body!

In my first trimester I experience nausea, but never threw up (wish I did, lol because its horrible to feel it and have nothing happen.). It was really on my way to work, there were times I pulled over because I thought I was going to throw up in my car. I remember one day I pulled onto a side street got a banana out of my lunch bag and walked around my car eating this banana just doing deep breathing until my stomach settled. If anyone saw me they probably thought WTF is this girl doing.
To combat that, I kept the doTERRA peppermint beadlets on me, I also had doTERRA ZenGest that supported any nausea I had. I was able to rub it on my belly and take it internally. It helped ease that nausea.
Sciatica pain was another thing that I experienced more and more with this pregnancy and deep blue layered with peppermint and lemongrass were my savior!!! Same with some of the headaches I was getting.
Hormonal Acne was another thing that I dealt with, and with that I used a lot of the doTERRA Visage Line, especially their Immortelle Serum and I also added the Frankincense Stick.
Breast Tenderness was another HUGE thing, literally telling my husband not to even look, breathe on or even touch my chest. To ease that a little I used doTERRA AromaTouch and Lavender.
During this I also use the VMG vitamins (because its a 1 and done drink easier then the capsules as even toothpaste was making me gag lol). I also have been using the doTERRA Collagen also!
This trimester made me slow down, and give myself grace. If I worked to hard or did to much my sciatica pain would literally make my legs feel numb and hard to walk. Everything felt pinched. I had no choice but to rest. I also gave myself grace to take naps when needed, instead of forcing myself to keep going.
